About
Get to know Teddy Pendergrass
Philly soul legend Teddy Pendergrass dominated the '70s with powerful hits like "Close the Door" and "Love T.K.O." His first album dropped in '72, last in 1998. After overcoming adversity, Teddy won an American Music Award in 1980. Fun fact: He started out as a drummer! We miss you, Teddy.
