3.2. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
3.3. We do not carry out formal age verification. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account immediately.
4.1. Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.3. Account Use: Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
4.4. Inactive Accounts: We reserve the right to deactivate or delete accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.
5.1. Event Information: We provide information about live music events for informational purposes only. Event details may change and should always be verified with official organisers or ticket sellers.
5.2. Affiliate Links: Some links on the Services are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where applicable.
5.3. Future Paid Features: The Services are currently free. In the future, certain features may be offered via paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any such features will be clearly presented before purchase and governed by additional terms where required.
6.1. Licence: The mobile application is licensed to you, not sold. This licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
6.2. App Stores: These Terms are between you and Evnt Central Limited, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no responsibility for the Services. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where applicable.
6.3. Updates and Availability: We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice and do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
6.4. Push Notifications & Location: With your permission, the app may send push notifications and access location data to show nearby events. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
7.1. User Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload ("User Content").
7.2. Licence to Operate the Service: By uploading User Content, you grant Evnt Central a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and technically process that content solely to provide the Services.
We do not use your photos for marketing, access them for any other purpose, or review them except where required for moderation or legal compliance.
7.3. Privacy of Albums: Photo albums are private by default. Any sharing is at your own discretion.
7.4. Your Responsibilities: You confirm that you own the content you upload or have permission to upload it, that individuals shown have consented where required, and that the content does not infringe third-party rights.
7.5. Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
7.6. Storage Disclaimer: We do not guarantee permanent storage of User Content. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
7.7. Deletion: You may delete your content at any time. Upon account deletion, content will be removed within a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, Evnt Central shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or profits.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £0 where the Services are free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evnt Central Limited against any claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Services or by other appropriate means.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
