Descendents, punk gods since '79, are known for fast-paced hits like "I'm Not a Punk". Hailing from Cali, their first vinyl "Milo Goes to College", dropped in '82. Fast forward 'til 2016 with "Hypercaffium Spazzinate". Never won an award, but who cares when you've influenced countless punk bands? Pure gold.
