Soulful songbird Barbara Mason, famous for her 1965 hit "Yes, I'm Ready". Rose from Philly's music scene in '64 and graced us with tunes like "Sad, Sad Girl". Scored a Grammy nom in '72. Her hypnotic voice still echoes from 2007's "Feeling Blue" album! Queens of soul, forever.
