Presale Information
Having three separate presales running ahead of general sale is a real advantage for fans who plan ahead. Here's a breakdown of each one.
Artist Presale
Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 10:00
To access the Artist Presale, you'll need to be subscribed to RAYE's mailing list or have signed up via the dedicated presale sign-up form. If you haven't already, it's worth getting signed up sooner rather than later, as access is typically granted to those already on the list before the presale opens. You won't find a code here — simply check your inbox once you're signed up.
O2 Priority Presale
Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 12:00
O2 or Virgin Media customers can access this presale through O2 Priority. If you're on either network, log into the O2 Priority app or website to access your tickets. No separate sign-up is required beyond being an existing customer.
Friends & Patrons Presale
Wednesday, 14 October 2026 at 10:30
This presale is exclusive to Royal Albert Hall Friends & Patrons members. If you're already a member, you'll be eligible. If you're not, it may be worth checking whether membership is something you'd benefit from beyond this event, as it opens up presale access for many Royal Albert Hall shows throughout the year.
General Sale
Friday, 16 October 2026 at 10:00
Open to everyone. If you miss the presales, this is your main opportunity to secure RAYE tickets.

Could More Dates Be Added?
It's very common for tours to expand after the initial announcement, particularly when demand is high. Additional dates can appear with very little notice, sometimes within days of the original announcement or even after tickets for existing dates have sold out. Following RAYE on Evnt Central means you'll get an instant notification the moment any new date goes live, so you can be first in the queue rather than finding out hours later through social media. For the fastest possible alerts, download the Evnt Central app at evntcentral.com/app, where new event notifications arrive in real time.
