Alt-rock band 311, formed in '88, famous for hits like "Down" and "Amber." Last album "Voyager" dropped in 2019. Known for funky reggae rock vibes and Omaha roots. Scored a Billboard award for "Down" in '96. Didja know their name comes from Omaha police code for indecent exposure? So rad!
